Baked Buffalo Cauliflower

A couple weeks ago I pinned this recipe:

Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower

We really don't eat a lot of cauliflower, neither my husband or I really like it, but I thought I would give it a try.

And let me tell you: it was FANTASTIC! Still a little crunchy and super tasty!

Of course, it's not chicken and can't be expected to taste like it, but it is a great substitute!

So here's how to do it:

Mix a batter of 2 tsp. Frank's Red Hot, 1/3 c. flour (I used Bobs Red Mill 21192 All Purpose Baking Flour Gluten Free (Google Affiliate Ad)), and 1/3 c. water.

Dip the cauliflower pieces in the batter, make sure it is fully covered and then place it on a greased baking sheet.

Bake the cauliflower for about 10-12 minutes. Until the batter forms a crust.

Mix 1/4 cup of Frank's Red Hot with 2 Tbsp. water. (make a little extra if you want lots of sauce on them)

I almost ran out with this much!

Brush the tops of the cauliflower with the sauce and put it back in the over for about 4 minutes.

Throw the cauliflower in a bowl. Pour a little more Frank's over the cauliflower and mix it until the cauliflower is fully covered.

Dip it in a little ranch and you have one crazy amazing appetizer!!

Mix the sauce and brush over the baked cauliflower pieces. Bake for another 4-5 minutes. Until they are crispy. Place the cauliflower in a bowl and mix in a little more Frank's Red Hot until all pieces are covered to your liking.

Enjoy the buffalo cauliflower with some celery and ranch or bleu cheese dressing!
